Hi How much are the trees does anyone know? I called up one of the shops at Tekka Mall and they told me its $100. That's quite ex.... any other places sell cheaper one? I am looking for a medium height kind.

Hi! Take your time to search for IDs/ contractors. I met up with almost 10 of them and requested countless quotations before deciding on contractor instead of ID. Btw I tot if change toilet bowl will affect the flooring also?

anyone can post pics of the tracks for the string curtains? If use those 3M stick on hooks can it hold?

We also gave up on All Best! Forfeited our deposit and ended up wasting $ and using another shop! The uncle was nice in the beginning after we paid deposit, had a hard time contacting him and the shop ppl keep saying only he can handle... wat rubbish!

My reno is prob gonna start next wk hopefully! I must say that Patrick has been very patient... I changed my mind many times and got so many revised quotations from him Hopefully no more changes... Hi, I was quoted $120 for submission& single drawing $120 for apply SP services testing $220 for E.L.C.B Is that necessary? I am doing rewiring for my 4rm resale. Also I was quoted for both 13amp single and double switch. Isnt double enough? Total cost ended up to be ard $2.8k! I though this was ridiculous... someone pls let me know if this is the normal rate?

What about just cement screed over the kitchen wall tiles? Mine's an old resale flat so wonder if there will be any risk if I dont hack the kitchen tiles and just cement screed/ plaster it?
