very true.. wife and kids insist on it as it is right in the hub.. shops, mrt and bus x-change all in one place. really convenience esp with the MRT.. i think 2-3 stops to Orchard.. Mine is a 30 yrs+ 4I unit..ony 85sqm.. not too ex for the convenience...

wow split... that's is a lot of $$$$$... but the furniture all very nice so will be alright..

Mine is an old unit and very small.. not like yours.. paid slightly more than you and have to do major reno.. but wife and kids want it for the convenience.. Cannot afford to engage you lah.. and my house so small, not much wall space for your creative talents..

Hi Storeberry, Congrats on getting your new place.. Even if small reno, also have to be careful in searching for a reliable contractor.. esp with the tight schedule you working on. If they mess-up, will affect your wedding plan.. For your quotation, if he had missed out many items, he may not have given much though to it.. if no choice, it is better to delay rather than just picking anyone to do the reno.. I have also bought a resale 4rm and will be starting reno next week...Good luck in your search..

No problem unimatrix... He is mostly like that when with client.. I waited for almost a week before he revert but was smooth sailing from then on.. Meanwhile, you can try sourcing for other IDs for comparisation..always good to have a few to get a feel..

Hello to all... I'm new here but have been following the forum for the last 2 months.. It was thru the recommendation here that i have manage to shortlist the ID.. Thanks to Cokelight & Diva, I have signed on with Kelvin.. True to the recommendation, he is sincere and dedicated to his work.. In the short space of 2 weeks, we have confirmed the quotation, inspected my new place, done tiles selection, 3D drawing on his design proposal and completed arrangement to start work by mid Mar.. now looking forward to an enjoayble journey..
