  3. Hi can share how much is the custom bar table? and contact / shop? Thank in advance.
  4. Please share your experience after that. Cos I'm thinking of using outdoor blinds for my service yard too, instead of fixing windows. Thanks in advance.
  5. No offence, but its like asking a chef what stove he's using cos food taste good.
  6. Very nice. Will be a reference when I do mine. The earlier no-gap bricks layout is actually the "12 cup cake" style. Go any branch and you'll see it. Personally I also prefer wider gap. Look nicer and save a few pieces of bricks by spacing wider. The top board of the TV console seems to be sagging down, or was it due to the wide angle lens effect? Anyway, I copied a shop's address from magazine that sells the same kind of furniture as JE. Not sure if the pricing is comparable or...? If anyone has visited, please share experience. 7. 1. At Tampines branch, one 'showroom' has 2x worktops joined at the "L" counter top. You may go take a look. or 2. This Kitchen island uses the same worktop, but dimension is 126x79. I believe Ikea allows buying of just one single part. http://www.ikea.com/sg/en/catalog/products/00116996/
  8. You may like to consider IKEA kitchen worktop. This one feels solid. http://www.ikea.com/sg/en/catalog/products/90175788/
  9. Hi Mangoo Can PM me the same info. Thanks
  10. Try getting a thinner (but firm) mattress. And position away (especially the head when in sleeping position) from the protruding part of the false ceiling. Best is to entirely remove the false ceiling.
  11. So to open/close the window, you'll have to remove the insect grille?
  12. Can post more pic of your Kitchen-to-Service-Yard glass door? Your design looks interesting
  13. Have you taken the pipes (especially those in the kitchen / Service Yard) into consideration already?
  14. Any problem when the rope got wet by rain?
  15. Actually I'm contemplating using it (without the table part) as Divider (cum shoe storage) between hallway and living. Good thing is, there are many choices and colors of inserts, twin-drawer, cabinet, plastic basket, cane (?) basket.
  16. May be I kia-si, but unless you're using LED bulb (generates minimum heat), else the paper is a potential fire hazard.
  17. May I ask... 1. The box-up of the pipes is given by HDB? Cos I remember past BTOs have the pipes exposed, but lately see many similar box in this forum. 2. The power socket (which you convert into gang of 2) also provided in the box? or You extend from elsewhere? 3. The LED strips comes with the plug, so just plug-and-lite right? Thanks in advance!
  18. I'm new here. Wonder if there's forum rule that prohibit praising or shaming of ID / contractor?
  19. Can show pic of your furniture arrangement etc? Cos my future waterway unit floorplan is almost the same as yours.
  20. Will be watching your reno closely for inspiration, especially on layouts, cos my floor plan is almost mirror image of yours. But my BTO at Punggol will only be ready fastest Q3-2015.
  21. I notice you're quite a photographer.
