    Hi! Anyone interested in buying over my brand new BOSCH side-by-side fridge? Selling for $2800. Retail price at Courts/Harvey Norman etc is $3399. Only realized that the fridge is slightly too big for my kitchen after it was delivered That's why selling at a huge loss, sigh! Comes with warranty from Bosch!     Hi! I just got a ground floor unit as well and was thinking of doing the exact same thing as you! Mine is around 4.5m. Went to check BCA guidelines and realized that need to get BCA's approval for lofts bigger than 5m square. Are you still going to build the loft? Think it would be super nice...
