Please make do not accept any items that differs from what u order from them. If customer accept, its means goods rec'd is inspected and acceptable by customer in perfect condition. By then, if want to complaint or what also too late.. Based on my past experience with unscrupulous merchant, please just proceed direct to small claim court.. it will be much effective than CASE. CASE is useless.. no legal actions, only perhaps will black this the particular merchant. If 2nd time, item delivered is in bad condition, take pic , reject the items. Present the pic of the rotten goods as evidence in small claim court and ask to void the transaction and request for merchant to refund deposit.

I think its a good idea if you go to the press, everyone knows of your situation and also flash his picture for everyone to see.. maybe it can also act as a supporting for you to appeal to HDB for your grant and other relevant dept to appeal for your kid citizenship and wife PR. Please still go file a police report for the damage letterbox.. you wont know what comes next. even if there is no action from the police, at least there is a record. A swing door should cost abt $580, but with floor spring, maybe add abt $150 more i think (spring so that the door will be auto closed right?) And for a small piece of glass as the fixed panel.. its so expensive? As for Mirror facing your bed, I think perhaps you can consider having full Length mirror hidden in your closet.. when u need , you slide it out. So eventually we did commit the $1k days later after we are satisfied with everything (at the current stage) Yes there is a T&C... 3D drawings will be based on budget and quotation. ID supposed to amend drawings until we are satisfied. in the event that we decided not to proceed with the reno package. $500 lightings voucher 'refunded', while the balance will be considered as drawing & design fee.

Yeah yeah, i was laughing mad when i found this thread. Lucky my hubby was not a 'pantang' person.. he will wash my undies/bra etc and hang every thing up. But there are times when he is quite nasty.. and i will do the same back to him... I always emphasis on equality as we both are working and bring the dough back home. Eg #1. I help to iron his pants, and he complaint that the pants are not straight according to his standard. Fine, I crumpled it, and return the pants back for him to re-iron it.I shall go back to watch my tv and shake legs Eg#2. I was busy rushing some work so we can go for a holiday, and he refused to pack his own bags.. I got pissed off , pack his clothings without his brief for 4 days.... He got to make do with paper underwear... Eg.#3. I did some cooking and he comment that is not nice and he could have cook better... FINE the next time, i bought ingredient for 2 person share.. and i only cook mine. When i came out of the kitchen.. he was waiting for dinner.. and there was only 1 bowl.. and thats mine. Told him, i didnt want to torture him with my cooking.. so he can cook his own. He learn not to take things for granted the next round.... *wink wink* I just never like to argue.. show him how he like to be treated in such manner.. So if my hubby really refused to touch my undies... I will make sure all his underwears will be wet and in a pail somewhere for days....

Haulage & debris cleaning is quote as Item #15. As for wiring charges for whole unit.. Im asking her to quote me too... tentatively abt 2k+, but yet to confirm as ID has not see my hse physically.
