Unless you dont mind this method. Hack the way in the middle to combine both toilets. so you will have a proper BIG bathroom but accessible by both doorway at kitchen and your masterbed room. You still will be sharing the bathroom with the future tenants, but direct access from your bedroom. But still it not very safe, if you have forgotten to lock the door.. as tenant could access your room from the toilet.

Perhaps you might want to confirm with HDB. I think you dont have to re-instate the original state, unless the buyer request. Same for hacking of wall, if buyer like it that way, than no need spend $$ to re-instate. If buyer insisted, than seller have to re-instated to original.

hmm, this 1 do not know... cause im comparing to charges only. My mom place is using Carrier.. the fan coil is noisy..but it has been many years back since they latst installed it. but from yr 2 to yr 9.. each time they come, my parents are paying $100 + for serving only (after discount) but still problem persist. EG: shortly after yr 1.. the fan coil is getting mad.. very loud and noisy. worse.. its squarting water.. i can feel driplets on my face. Next when the dripping got worse.. I end up with ponds in my rooms. So in terms of service, im really not sure, but in terms of charges.. i think is cheaper (for my case).

I bought mine last wk @ GC Marina for $3935 for the combi (9+9+13+22). Didnt buy opt for the extended warranty and servicing package, as we most likely wont stay in the same house for more than 4 yrs. But I think its pretty worth to buy the warranty and servicing package, I would have gotten it if i be staying long term. Based on the past experience, my mom always pay those servicing guy abt $100+ each time they come to service 2 fancoil unit.

usually the price different will be double My cousin who is also malaysian but staying in SG. Bought all her furniture in Maur, the price for it will be the same except its in RM. so pretty worth it. As for taps, sink and lightings, I think as long as it movable, and you have transport for exchange will be fine. But WC probably will be a bit more trickly as its not really possible to remove and send back the WC yourself if prob arises after installation right?

For lighting.com.sg... If you opt for installation by their guy, then delivery charges will be waived. For installation, they are charging $35 for 1st pc.. sub pc @ $7 each. Never mentioned difference for hanging lights or what other lights. but i only bought 2 hanging lights for them. According to my ID's electrician charges, installation for hanging lights is $30 per pc, and $10 per pc for normal lights. So of cos i opt for the lighting.com to do installation

I dun have the price list (from my ID) with me now, i check tonight and let you know if there are charges for normal TV point. By the way, u can also source for your own electrician.

Peeps... My MBR bathroom door, I have change to clear glass door instead of frosted de. Since i have relocated the doorway to where my WIW is.. im going to pay for hacking anyway right? I tot of hacking the whole wall and replace it with clear glass, so e whole area will look bigger. So the whole bathroom will be see through from the WIW area.
