Now we are talking about agent's commission right? there is no such thing as paying back the agent comm .. When your friend rent a unit, the agent collected comm from both party (if not co-broke), so your friend already pay her due share of agent fee. If she have fulfilled the min, occupancy period as per the agreement than its good enuff. Unless in the agreement there is such a clause stating that she need to bear addition cost thn its a different story. Eg. I rent my room to a tenant for 1 yr lease, min to occupy for 6 mths if not forfeit 1 month deposit. 1 month advance notice for termination. Tenant pay her agent the comm, while i paid mine for my own share. On the 7th mth, tenant want to terminate, so i look for another agent and pay agent his comm again. Fair n share, what ever i have earn from the rental income covers the agent comm. Dun tell me the owner is so stingy they are unwilling to pay again the agent comm??

i would say of cos if you have the budget for it, than hack... if not than overlay.. but need to check the condition of the exisiting tiles if overlay can be done. Cuz u wouldnt want prob to arises like 2 yrs later or so.. which will incurr a higher cost right. so u need to determine what it works for you..

My friend is a super fussy customer, so far never hear her complaint about this painter at her mom place. So i believe quite not bad. on the contrary, she has been complaining abt her own ID, seems the painter at her mom place is better than those from the ID Yes need to buy your own paint, so the uncle will just paint for you. I think they took 3 days to finished the 5rm flat. Her mom did supervise the job, cuz all their belongings are in the house. Let me check with her again. what else u want to know?

helo gantan, its really a hardwork to paint the whole house by yourself. I did painting for my parents flat twice when we move. Back and neck feels like breaking esp when comes to ceiling. But can save alot lor. By the way, recently my friend has engage painter for her parents house cuz they are holding a wedding. Painter is paid by daily rate of $80. So far the cheapest i can find. Laminate Flooring The original colour I picked has been replace by a new batch, hence colour also different. I need to choose again Power Dekor - Asian Walnut on the left Quite like this colour and brand and also its anti-bacterial but KIV as its AC3 Supreme - Brazilian Teak, AC5 Hubby like this because it AC5, but personally its not one of my fave colour. So while i was deciding between the two I realised something Both my dogs was playing running around, stepping on it.. naturally dog fur will be on it. my white dog shed alots.. Only the darker laminates look like SAI cuz the dog fur is sooo obvious on it. While this brazilian teak looks pretty blend in with the white dog fur. Another factor we tried playing around with the showcase on Supreme webby. match both dark colour and brazilian teak colour with white n nude colour wall. The brazilian teak looks more pleasing on the eye. So we have a winner! we are taking this colour for the living room and all bedrooms without flash colour seems darker
