yah.. the story is... 2yrs ago, we try out luck at the WIS.. and heng heng got the house. than my hubby also need a place to stay, cuz his landlord selling the unit he used to rent So we move in lor, rent the other 2 rooms to his housemate. Start to save,,, but inbetween got lotsa of hiccups and bad luck and affect my hubby's job so it take that long to do reno hope after reno, our luck will turn for the better! HUAT ar!

haha... I only buy a 4 pc wmf pots... which i only pay below $70! plus the rice cooker lor thats all i have.... and also a tefal frying pan which is FOC... donated by my MOMMY! My hubby also warn me liao.. dun buy so many stuffs n pack up the space.. then never use. waste $$ and waste space only. Its actually quite difficult to cook for 2, esp when my hubby always come home after 9pm so i think only wkend cooking..

oh yah u different mah, cuz u move from 1 house to another. my case hor, even thou stay in side 2 years.. my kitchen status is NIL... wahaha.. practically no pots at all.. no cooking only got a kettle for instant coffee.. hehe

yup, we both feel quite excited and happy to final have a decent and nice place to stay can you imagine we have been staying there 2 years w/o aircon especially during the hot seasons.. can sweat like mad very tong ku..

So how much is the storage heater and the piping cost huh?? I dunno ley, i always tot storage heater more exp.... stupid i never go check it out.. My instant heater hor, cost almost $400 for 2. than electrician charge $216 for 2 heater point..

all the defects cannot be seen in the picture, must see up close de.. The laminates in the other 2 rooms are blue, and some parts have fallen off for the ceramics tiles for the rest of the house.. alot of deep scratches and lobang here n there the lobang quite big, until HDB patch up for me.. can see white patches on the floor Then both toilet and kitchen ceiling are flaking badly... need to patch up with sealant u know hor, actually the original colour of the wall is blue.. HDB have paint a layer of white over.. so if see clearly.. all the walls have blue hue
