I didnt install CCTV.. Instead i planted a webcam on my top window panel facing my corridor n front door. like tat i be able to see the outside clearly.. n webcam is within my unit .... like tat oso consider illegal??

I have been to another ID.. famous in RT end up.. not very satisfactory... just ask me what i want .. note down already , ask me to wait for his quotation n then BYE BYE no presentation, dun even have drawings, pictures and tiles to see during discussion, tell me ok everything with 30k when i see the quotation.. its over 40k

Hmm, ID or contractor very subjective ley If you go to ID.. then everything u should liase with ID.. as you are paying a higher fee ID should settle everything nice nice for you.. If you go for contractor, usual case is it will be much cheaper.. but you have to chase after the contractor for every single things.. also need to monitor of cos, i think there are some out there who also vomit blood after engaging a ID. At the current stage, i have appointed I-bridge to design. If drawings and quotation is satisfactory.. then i will confirm them n I-bridge will settle the contractor for me... I shouldnt be going after 2 party if engage a id

appointed to design.. not yet confirmed intial quote now is 27K... n now im waiting for their drawings If thereafter, drawing turn out to be sai, or the quotation has hidden prices I would have to look elsewhere...
