Hi Mr Chong I have seeked a Feng Shui master to view my house and he said my bed must face north only. This is based on my bf and mine ba zi and feng shui of the house. But due to the shape of my bedroom, my bed will block the entrance to my bedroom if my bed face north. Facing any other direction except north will not have any problem. Is it possible that my bed faces any other directions and use feng shui items / miror, etc and yet still acheive the same or similar fengshui result as though our bed is facing north? Appreciate if you could kindly comments on the above. Thank you very much.

How do you go about knowing which SERS flat owners wants to sell to you? Do you engage an agent to help or went around knocking the door??? If I bought over a SERS flat but have not ROM, what is the timeframe given to produce a marriage cert?Within 3 months from signing the agreement to purchase the SERS flat?? Can those who has bought a SERS flats advise me on the above? Thanks
