Hi all, When i did my reno few years ago, I forgot to request my ID to fix shelves inside my DB box. Now ID is quoting me $200 to fix 5 shelves which i find it is abit expensive. Anyone knows if any carpenters provide such service?

Very nice. How much did you pay for the black track lights and where did u get from? I intend to install track lights for my dining table (2 lights will shine on the table and another 2 will shine on a painting on the wall). I checked with lightings.com.sg and was quoted $10 per 1metre track and $12 for each light housing, another $30 for LED light bulb.

I think there is too much "red" in your kitchen. If you like white and red, then it should be more of white base and red trimmings? If not look like Singapore flag, just short of 5 stars and a crescent

Eagerly awaiting my key collection this month or next month. In the meantime just upload some 3D drawings and floor plan I find that this is quite hard to achieve, given that the shoe cabinet (the one with black top) is build at the Power Distributor box (estimated width 70cm) and i have to find a table with width 70cm as well which is dificult to find. Another thing is people need to make a big U-turn from the main door to the kitchen. What do you guys think? Is the power distributor box full length? How wide is it?

Guys, among all the shops listed here (Lite Fushion, PJ, Heritage etc), do they sell brands like TOTO, Duravit sinks/WCs etc? -
I thought of getting from taobao also but really adraif lights will be spoilt etc and will be a headache trying to get them replaced. What are your thoughts in getting Philips LED downlight? taobao also have right?

Hi Grace, Envious that you have collected your keys as I am still waiting for mine (Punggol Emerald). May i know when did you receive the letter from HDB that you can collect keys on 7 Jun? I am also having a 4-Room flat and layout is similar to yours.
