    My Reno (4-Rm new BTO) was done by Arthur and below are my reviews: Positive: Competitive Pricing Good Carpentry (verified by my father-in-law whom works in related industry) Decent Tiling Responsive Energetic Negative: Some slight delays Painter fail to cover my floor and grilles (took a while for me to clean them, currently still left some) Overall, considering the quality of carpentry and competitive pricing, i think it is still a good deal.
