To be honest, haulage and debris removal are bundle with hacking or tiler's, they are not separate items that should be quoted separately. Check the quote for hacking, tile and tiler's cost.

if you have the time to manage so many things like coordinating with the contractors, by knowing which steps come first, it is always money saving to have direct contacts then going thru IDs. Happy day!

Serious? But I think it's reasonable. I got from some other IDs' quotes even much more expensive when I go thru item by item. Got 2 price cheaper but they give me the feeling of small project don't want to do and I scare they cheap but lousy workmanship and material and I don't want mom to nag at me for nothing ya. Furthermore, just the kitchen and toilet itself 18Kplus cos I have added painting for the living room and built-in wardrobes, so I think this is reasonable ya. My this ID, his pricing is the mid range one and the feeling he give me quite alright. At times I have been too much to my request but he is still very patient. No choice, I pay so I can have request and he has to follow or advice a better solution. Hahaha....

For the price, it's norm without tiles lay at the back of the cabinet. It is because tiles and labour cost are costly if considered a huge area to lay.

Does the sales contract or 3d drawing state the height or size of the measurement, thickness, etc.... 1to2CM is a big differences. Read through the sales contract that you have signed to see the t&c for any clause if it states. Hopefully you have a copy still with you and that the job done is not at it's final stage. If not chances of a quick turn around will be quite slim.

Skirting can only be done after painting, touch up, etc....

Depends on what you intended to do, can try asking for quotes to see what's the range and then probrobly see how. Anyway congrats to your new home. I'm redoing my old kitchen and common toilet - hacking, lay new floor and wall tiles, new kitchen cabinet, water proofing, replacement of old pipes, new basins, toilet bowl, doors, etc.... Overall it's about 18k plus which I think quite reasonable.

The carpenters are at my house taking measurement. 😁 Mama's birthday gift: brand new kitchen gonna be ready just in time!

Tiles are layed and this is how the new kitchen look will be, compare to the old one, OMG heaven and earth. Now awaiting for the capentry work to be done.

Very excited to see the new kitchen and common toilet of mama's place, and it's gonna be ready. Just sharing some of the pic I took from the reno. Didn't have time to go home most of the time due to work and own family. After all time to give a new look to the old house. Problem facing before the reno:- Neighbours from both upstair and downstair complain water leaking from my unit. It's an old house of cos got problem la, some more for every 3 to 4 years they renovate their house like no body's business. Nevermind, enough of ranting.
