Congrat to u! Start work liao For me my DB box look very old, so i think it's safer to change. Moreover i've shifted the position of the DB box higher. My electrician charge me $300 for it. Not compulsory to change thou if u find ur current DB box is still in good condition Try to bargain with the electrician lo

Mine oso no top cabinet with stainless steel hood. Now my house still under reno, but the finished product will look like this. But my kitchen dun have wall tiles. Juz plaster & paint. Can create different colour on the walls

I wish i can install a ceiling fan. But from the image u can see dat if i install 1, it'll be too low due to the L-Box. Any other alternatives? Dun want those wall mount fan, looks like coffee shop....

Hi Ben3555, thanks Electrical works cost me $2300++. I add a lot of extra power points + extra phone lines & SCV points for both rooms. Changed DB box oso. Basically stripped whole house & rewired. Lightings makes me $1390 poorer Good luck on ur reno

This is a fake wall build out to make the living room look longer Rear Of Fake Wall Rebuild storeroom. ex-owner hacked away the original storeroom. The grey area beside the storeroom entrance, does it look like a China Qing Dynasty man wearing a round hat with braided hair(Bian zi), wearing a coat !! Side View. Update 08-03-2007 This 3 lines of box up is design by ID to box up HDB's cable piping which cannot be dismantle. The 1st pillar on the left is the 1 with the cable piping, the other 2 is juz design so it'll not be only 1 pillar on the wall that'll look quite "obiang" or obvious it's a box up for something:P
