Got mine from Furniture Club. Top is memory foam, lower part is pocketed springs. Very comfy but like others said a bit warm. Sometimes at night sleep cold cover blanket, after a while remove blanket Somemore price not very ex. I bought mine together with wardrobe, platform bed frame for less than $3K. Aircon piping insulation very important. Use those thick ones. I'm using Amaflex insulation material. Think those Eccoflex & other brands not as thick so not so good. Ask ur installer, they will know.

Wow ur house is transforming into a beauty Actually 3 rooms is more difficult to design becoz of space constraint. Good designers will incoperate space saving concept into thier design, without sacrificing looks.

No it's coloured glass, the glass itself is coloured. If i have top cabinet, i'll go for coloured tempered glass in between the top & bottom cabinet. Easy to clean & look nice. if u wanna get stainless steel backsplash, get those brushed surface type, dun get those smooth, shiny surface type. The shiny, smooth surface type very prone to scratches.

My kitchen Hack away wall tiles, plaster & paint with ICI wash & wear But i have no top cabinet, so i have more room to play with If u have top & bottom cabinet, i suggest u do coloured glass backsplash in between top & bottom cabinet, will look nicer lo Opposite Side. Ya i bought it at $188. Think quite long then return & buy it. Have been looking ard quite some time for a suitable dish rack liao, seem many but none come close in terms of quality & design Lifetime warranty against rust & welding joints giving way etc...Got warranty card somemore Only complaint is dat it comes in only 1 size, which is smaller than wat i'm looking for but still can do. I'm served by Marcus. Very friendly & service oriented guy, accommodating & helpful Will give very good advice, not pushy. & can hold ur orders for very long. I hold mine for 3 months I bought my sofa, tv console, coffee table, platform bed, wardrobe & dining set all from him To me the quality of the sofa quite good. & i request the backrest to be raised higher coz when i lean back i find it too low. As usual can choose ur choice of fabric. 4 throw cushions free, choice of fabrics too The seating material is made of latex, same as those used in mattresses. My advice is u gonna go down there to feel the sofa for urself U might find something else u like over there
