If I am not wrong, the warranty that comes with the product is honor by the manufacturer. So for example, if you bought a Philip's LCD TV that comes with 3 yrs warranty and you bought another 2 yrs, the 2 yrs will be covered by Best Denki or whoever. Note that the warranty does not cover certain things as stipulated by the extended warranty clause. Must read carefully!!

Yeah. should be the 800 one. It is best to install according to Fujioh standard. So far the performance has been impressive for me compared to what my other friends have. My hood is all supported by the wall. I do not like to be supported by the cabinets. It is just too risky for me.

Yup. They did it for me. But currently mine is the triangular (side view) type of hood. So it may not be 500mm. The new hood I get from Fujioh is those normal ones. What do you mean by support?

Firstly, you need to have the correct expectation. I currently use a high end model of Fujioh where the suction is about 88%? I can say that it really suck well if install correctly. However, note that it doe snot suck the oil 100%. So there are bound to have some oil vapor escaping to the air. So you still need to mop the floor and clean the kitchen.

Starhub has between 3 to 4 contractor to do wiring for them. It is best to get them to do it. HDB and or Starhub has a clause is that if your point is not Starhub certified and you call in for help (bad signal etc.), they have the right not to entertain you.

Art Living has given me a budgetary quote. Now still waiting from Curtain Issue and Peter from Serangoon. Seems like business has been good due to the hot property market. Art Living has quoted me about $2100 for my 5rm. Is it expensive? It did not mention what type of fabric but I did tell them I do not want China fabric and all the curtains they recommended are night curtain with the living room and 3 rooms (i have 4 rooms) with organza.

For me, if it is an empty house, painting is fun. When you see the colours forming up one room by a room, the sense of satisfaction is great. But it is a house filled with stuff, then I sure outsource liao.
