Hi All - I had a contractor who agreed to do the work but did not show up once i got the keys. (I am not interested in playing a blame and shame game, so will not mention his name) Now I need to find someone who can work over the next few days. Need the following work done (fairly minor reno work). 20x Lighting Point (down lights in false ceiling) 25x Light Installation 5x Fan Installation with new switch (into false ceiling and the closing it up) Some Minor electrical patchup (closing off unused sockets etc.) Also need someone to create false ceiling in two rooms. I understand the electrician and the false ceiling person need to work very closely with each other, so would be good to get a someone who has lobang for both jobs. Thanks!

Hi Bro ... looking to get 6x ceiling fans. Need ones with IR remote (cant use RF remote).I heard KDK are the best. Can you pm me the pictures and the prices for the models you have in stock? Also, do you also do installation? If so, let me know the charges. The house currently does not have fans, so might need to install the hooks above the false ceiling. Lastly, for LED lights, are the ones you have dimmable? Looking to replace the central light with the fan and install some down lights to spread the light throughout the room. Want to use dimmable home automation module to control intensity. Dun have so much cash so will do this home automation over a few years. But must plan for the future, if not replace everything very expensive. Hope you can help bro. Chat more soon. Thanks!
