I just discovered a few stores selling baby stuff that u can check out. One is Baby Avenue at Balestier Rd, another is Kidzloft at Tagore Lane, off Upper Thomson Road. There are also some online stores that can deliver straight to your house like www.babytown.com (can't remember if it ends wif dot sg or not?!) Aniwei, I would recommend for you just to look around and compare prices and brands of things that u want to purchase. Hold off buying things first cos its rather superstitious especially during your 1st trimester.

I bought lots of my maternity clothes from spring maternity. Nice clothes that fits well compared to those at kiddy palace and mothercare. However, I only started wearing the maternity clothes when i'm 24weeks. Rite now i'm in my 36th week. For baby's stuff, I just bought baby's cot at baby kingdom at kaki bukit. they having annual season sale now. Several doors down is baby hypermart. Hypermart has more of strollers and car seats that are branded like quinny and ped perego. I got my stroller and infant car seat there. Baby kingdom has more of baby's daily needs. Go check them out. Things are cheaper by 10 to 20%.

Should I engage a lactation nurse before delivery? I'm afraid I wouldn't know what to do when there is a problem as I really wanna bf my baby.

Taking vitamins or medication prescribed by doctor can increase the sperm count. Avoid bathing using hot water, wear loose underwear, pants and jeans.

Wow..I hope my experience will be as smooth as that. The thing is, some books advised on still getting ready a small tin of FM juz in case even if we intend to BF. Should I still go and get one? What about bottles and steriliser then?

Heard that saggy breasts can be prevented wif massage and proper confinement. Then good support bras come in handy to delay the sagging till it naturally occurs around late 40s. For me, I'm already in my 25th week but i have yet to shop around for my baby stuff. Juz moved in 3 weeks ago. Lots of settling down to do. With the fasting month and hari raya coming, I'm getting a bigger headache as the festive occasion means we need to spend more money....sigh.

I am considering to get my curtains from JB as the price of curtain here is exorbitant for me. My mum in law has been getting most of her curtains from a shop in Angsana in JB. I might go there and look. It would be better if they can come down to the house instead.

Mine is also the rice dispenser from Tupperware. Very easy to dispense and also fill up rice. Even if we top up the rice, the ones from the previous batch will be used first as the dispenser is at the bottom. My mum in law is a Tupperware supplier. The rice dispenser is on sale now. Hi there. I have been trying to make chocolate for about a year now. Now, I wanna try incorporating caramel into the chocs. Do anyone know where I can get bulk caramel from? It was so troblesome for me to unwrap lots of caramel candy wrappers. And where can I also get vanilla pods from? I'm sick of using just the essence.

NTUC having offer on that now. Even the wiper sheets are on offer. I use both the wet and dry. Very useful.

Hi people...I'm back!! Been taking a hiatus since I have been feeling lousy due to the hormones. So the latest update is that we have just had the hand over from my id. Very satisfied wif his work. Just received our tv, fridge and washing machine a few days ago. The house is still messy. Dare not post any pics yet. We will most probably move in some time in mid july.

I got my R81 but in 32''. Price definitely lower than in pc show. Chose the free HTS but the new GSS promo is the one wif the tall boys. Heng ah...the old HTS that they gave is not as nice.

Wah...thanks for the encouraging words. I guessed I still have some time to think on whether I want epidural or not. I have a friend who swears by epidural...said she can never give birth to her 2 kids without it.
