The opposite family choose to put their plants outside my house, around the corner of the rubbish chute. Like this, what can I do?? Then you can negotitate with them on this.

I would suggest that since the common area is not big, can you try and occupy the "space". Put plants, huge ones. Then there is no space for other "stuffs".

I think you will need to be upfront with her about your intention. However, you may have to do more browsing for those ad that are really seller agents. And to safeguard yourself, you will have to inform that party that you are the buyer and will like to handle the transaction with an agent for representing. It makes things harder but not impossible.

Sharing from my own experience, we agreed on which agents for the exclusive. But we did not sign the form yet, but we request that the agent bring his available customer for viewing. So we managed to close the deal after 1st viewing and then on the same day, we also signed the form. At least, the agent knows your expectation and will work harder for you.

Look at this way then, if we the owners play dirty, you think the agents not going to think up some way to protect themselves. If we are good owners, we encourage good agent ethics too. Most important, state clearly your intentions if you are letting the agent exclusive, or getting many agents.
