Hi, hope someone can help me. I'm using halogen lights for my dinning table. Recently, my lights weren't working (been using for about 1mth). Transformer was damaged, so I change to a new one - phillips yesterday. But I only on for 30mins and the lights weren't working. Took out the transformer and can smell burn, the coil area was hot. Is transformer so fragile? Or what's wrong? 1 transformer isn't cheap ler.
