Was packing my office today and took out my magnets to just look see. Finally they're able to be stuck in my own house.....finally Today was Day 1 of my carpentry. Was pretty delighted to find almost all up less the 2 full height waredrops and my bedframe. Here's some pics~ My customised dining table with bench cum some storage Simple suspended TV console Display cabinet for my study room And my kitchen.....kinda small now That's it for tonite~

Dun worry. Sometimes there are little stuff that we dun see. For example little touch-ups and bridging tiles btw main tiles and toilet etc. Fyi, my house chemical washing alone took 2 days and laminate of 3 bedrooms about a day. Have'nt been back but laminate was yesterday and today start carpentry. Will update with some pics!

There's really nothings such as "imposible to reno a 4rm with 30k" kinda thing. In renovation, there's many methods to get certain things/effect done. Of course you also have to know the condition of your house. Hence taking the average out of a few quotes like say 5 will give you a better mean. When we say ID, do we expect nice color drawins before one committ to use them or design their place? I never saw fanciful drawings hehe Personally i did my own homework, know what i want with designs to the detail then i look for ID/contractor. To me, other then drawings as a main difference sincerity and openess. U'll be suprised how some ppl are not upfront about details. For example you knwo solid surface has a few finishing? Some simply put it flat and attach to the wall while the more "troublesome and cost alittle more" would be the "backsplash" design so that if you spill soup or something accidentally on your solid surface, it wun splash on the wall. For the same foot run, one may not have the "upgraded" kinda design. Most of the time contractor go directly to suppliers and their cost is lower. My friend is a ID at Ciseern and a big company like them, goes through abit of middlemen. My place is 4rm with a complete makeover done under that budget with electrical works. Thankfully it also includes doors cox the existing ones was obiang lor Maybe "attacking" the referred ones here will cut ur scope down faster? Happy reno'ing~

Basically i called SP, they said just call Citygas and they'll turn on. Bill reflected on SP statement. Well just make sure the A/C is still wrapped in the plastic. Ttz what i did n kiasu go wrap another layer haha. But frankly it's the edges of the A/C ttz prone to alittle paint but even so, on top who see I'm quite chin chai la..... Tonite go choose another door.

For my case, A/C installed before painting. Lightings and fans after painting. Still have one more coat of final painting plus touch up. Btw, for gas right, is it under SP services or i have to go citygas?

Hmm...when i select the tiles, contractor give me one set to keep as sample so that when the actual tiles arrive at my place, i can double check it's correct lor. Kinda detailed i thought I work in Tuas, living in Sengkang now. Also u know where my new place is so let me know if u want it for reference Anyone can help me?
