Since the retail price is $899 and the oven is quite bulky I don't mind any price not lower than 50% of the retail price? It is brand new and the warranty will only start from 1Jan2013 next year. You have to come to my apartment to collect. The oven is sitting in my store-room because I requested my developer not to install it. Are you comfortable with this price?

May I know what's the best price for the oven?
