Ok will post soon. Now in midst of reno, doing the false ceiling now. Tiles yet to be up coz waiting for cement screeding from hdb for my laminated flooring. Btw its a new bto flat at boon lay.

I am doing my laminate flooring with Supreme Flooring for 3 bedrooms n a portion if living rm. They provide lifetime warranty for color fading n pop out tiles due to expansion n contraction. Laminate floor is water resistant. If u want waterproof, can go for High Efficiency Resilient Flooring which Evorich provides. U can find them in facebook

Well Zhiz, this is my 3rd reply to u. I guess ure stereotyping all newbies who recommend their contractors as "self advertising"?

Am i offending u? Im merely recommending my contractor. Is there a harm to it? N btw, im a newbie who juz registered myself, yes! Ive bn luking thru the forums before bein a member. Juz a new flat owner who's proud of wat my contractor has done. Dats bout it mate.

The pricing shd be within those range. Wat u can do is to remove some of the items that may nt be necessary. Work within ur budget. Juz try n call him for a quotation. If its nt up to ur expectations, then kip on searching. Gd luck
