Trying to find something with this appearance (but preferably with dark grey or black hue, not greenish): The measurements are for two surface areas: 1) 2300 x 900 2) 790 x 660 The 660mm edge will be joined with the 900mm edge (the joint is around 300mm). Thanks! Anywhere else besides IMM? Agree that 2 + 2 looks great, but 3 + 1 makes sense for me because one of them is a ceiling fan switch and the rest are lights.

Seems like it's best to have a 3-gang + a single instead.

My electrician replaced my MK 3-gang switch plate (with tall switches) with a Legrand 4-gang switch plate because I needed another switch. However, I noticed that the switches on the Legrand one feels soft and one of the switches always needs to be pushed harder to 'engage'. I spoke to him and another contractor and they both tell me that it is an inherent problem with 4-gang switches. Does anyone know of a solution? Is there any tall 4-gang switch that feels solid when pushed?

Thanks for the reply. The replacement tiles are quite thick, so the tiler may have to hack all the way to the base. I'm not very sure about the technical issues involved, but he comes recommended by the tile shop, so I assume he knows what he is doing.

Area is about 190 sqft. Hacking of tiles ($500) + retiling ($1800) = $2300 If the hacking needs to go deeper (hacking of concrete layer), the total will go to $2700. Tiles are a separate cost. Is the quote fair?

Thanks for the tip. Will take that into consideration. Let's say we install a sink right next to the washing machine. Can both the sink and the washing machine share that same drainage pipe?

Thanks for the reply! Not sure if my description was a little vague. The pipe is not attached to the ceiling. It's the small pipe that sticks out from the floor, and it is standing at around 15 cm high. If I'm not wrong, that's to be attached to the washing machine drainage. Can this drainage pipe be converted?

Anyone has a tried and proven tiler to recommend? I need one to hack the floors in my kitchen and service yard, and finally, to install new tiles.
