yes, ur hubby is right.. it is still a v gd choice.. cos if in terms of old ppl saying.. most of the windows facing south-east (or south if in ideal case) 属于冬暖夏凉之宅.. when weather is hot.. such facing shld feel cooler than other houses.. when weather is cold it shld feel warmer than others.. so ours shld b windy at most of the time.. if our units don't hv wind.. most probably other places also stuffy too.. or may b even more stuffy.. dun worry now la..

hee.. guess wat.. tis was my initial tot when i decided not to get glass hob!!! n reason y i chg to rinnai.. cos i hv asked experienced mother who also cooks for the family over the past yrs.. highly recomm rinnai.. n i tink the inner burner feature sounds reasonably practical n clever.. esp when we need to boil the soup or brew herbal things for long hours.. the small fire within the hob can b sure not blow off by wind.. sounds more economic to me.. n i dun think a rounded wok can sit on the ariston 1 properly.. cos it was built more for ang mo style.. flat base pans.. so yup.. still believe asian-make best for asian usage.. tis is wat i tink..

the inner burner hv both black glass (made in jap) and stainless steel... i'm aiming the s/s 3 burners 1...

me too crave for the sleek looking of a glass hob but then same like applefreak.. i believe we read the same review.. i m afraid n cannot afford any risk of it scattering suddenly.. mom n me cook a lot esp soups, drinks, desserts, all require hours of using the fire.. super high usage.. so now i've made up my mind gg for a s/s hob.. now eyeing the rinnai inner burner.. hee..

Lance is a very nice guy.. always sounds v honest n sincere.. able to come up more ideas than other ID i spoke to despite my tight budget.. but i hvn't get keys yet (flat still building in progress).. so can't comment too much yet.. now i'm waiting to see some 3D drawings... hopefully he can meet us soon.. he said jun super busy.. anyway my keys collection expected to be yr end.. so able to wait for him.. shall see how then..
