(in my case).. sometimes i log on i see DPD is 30nov 2008.. sometimes i log the DPD was taken out and left with a "-" (dash) there...

last mth i called to ask.. the not-so-friendly-no-service-officer on the line told me that even after the contractor handover to HDB.. HDB need at least a mth's time or so.. to do all the safety checks n QC stuffs.. so if aug handing over.. may expect keys coming in sept or so.. hopefully by oct i get to enter my unit.. hee.. n start checking for defects.. but sigh.. i hvn't even receive letter frm HDB for the loan application..

ya... i tink not even 27A leh.. cos i checked "my HDBpage".. for my blk.. 27A.. probable completion date nvr change to a earlier date.. it is still remains as on 02 Oct 2007.. where as my fren's got 27B.. his HDBpage reflected their probable completion date is in July.. not sure on which day thou... n frm the look outside.. 25A was the 1st one that looks most completed among all blks... so i guess.. we can "aim" at our neighbours on 25A & 27B... this 2 blks shld be the 1st batch to collect the keys if HDB really giving out keys batch by batch... till then.. we can go up n see their units!

sigh.. onepostwonder.. me too.. i thot of putting my sofa n dining set on the same side (where the foto shows the cable point side).. n tv on the opps side.. so we can enjoy our meals while watching tv.. it is such a enjoyable habit we hv throughout our lifetime! i'm gonna pester my ID for ideas for me on this too... i can't eat w/o nice tv program..

ah.. now i headache abt my kitchen.. dream kitchen soon will b a kana sai kitchen... my ID better come up with some good suprising ideas for me.. if not i gonna transfer my stress to him a big big time...

mm... nemofc... if during the time u did ur selection of flat.. they didn't offer this option to u... i think it is no choice already... because during the time we selected our flat.. the site hvn't build up yet.. so we get to choose if we wants the doors or not.. so they dun need to order as much n install.. they can skip installing the doors for those units opted out during the selection exercise.. but weird enough.. they let us choose to have doors or not.. but no option for the tiles... n now they force us to accept that yucky peach color tiles in kitchen n toilet... it gonna spoil my kitchen design a big time...
