oh binzz, my ID brought us to this shop called "Kleen Lights & Bath" at Tyrwhitt Road.. somewhere near to the jalan besar stadium.. or if u know the famous 剪刀剪咖哩饭... i also dunno if ID earning comms frm this or not.. but i tink.. price wise quite ok la.. n can save me the hassle of coordinate the delivery date & time etc.. since ID know them so well.. so jus go back n get stuffs frm them lo.. but may b yours r better ones leh? i can't comment mine is really cheaper.. mine r really basic ones.. no fancy designs.. did some shopping on last sat.. bought the following things.. 1) Rinnai Hood + Hob (RH995CT + RB3Si), $1073 2) Cristo Sink, matt finishing, double bowls, anti-frost base, $318 3) Light Fixtures for whole house, which incl. : (total : $873) - 6 T8 for living cove light - 4 T8 for mbr cove light - 2 T5 for kitchen cabinate - 5 round downlights for dining area, foyer n passageway - 4 square downlights in mbr - 2 round ceiling lights for kitchen - 2 square ceiling lights for bedroom 2 & 3 - 2 bulb w/ light holder for both bathrooms - 1 bulb for bomb shelter (all are either philips or osram lights & ballast) 4) Chosen the laminate for all rooms, at Lance's office now.....gotta decide for my kitchen tap... mm.... received comments that waterfall effect ones not practical in kitchen use.. here i mean the "flat" tap.. thou look nice.. but if really not practical.. then will hv give up the pretty look le..

register with sch 1st.. then can play unlimited times "revision" at the centre.. when the actual ATT u'd realise the question more or less the same.. easily pass ATT..

yang guo, i dun tink our floor plan suitable to hv WIW in 1 room leh.. esp w/o hacking to join with the room2... ours r really too small.. even if u get the WIW done.. is gonna hard to move ard inside the WIW n i dun tink is a pleasure to change clothes in such a cramp env.. mm.. jus my 2cents worth.. no offence.. but in HK.. where space really constraint then ppl hv no choice to have the bed build frm wall to window.. but here in sg.. we still hv many choices.. do give it a 2nd thoughts..

staying tg pagar.. no other choice liao.. even private.. u still hv to travel a bit.. cos there're rules as to the area for the L-Plate to drive.. n no where near us (me live in tiong bahru).. so anyway u still gotta travel a bit if u wanna get the licence.. endure endure endure! for me.. i'd highly recomm SSDC.. cos at least it is much easier to arrive at the centre.. moreover now with the AMK Hub.. can do a little shopping or movie after lessons on weekend.. hehehee..

yes yes.. go to the 南丫岛 see real old style fishing village，or 大屿山 eat seafood and desserts if u really gg to 南丫岛.. remember to find their famous 虾米XO酱 ... cos this is the top priority buy everytime we gg back HK.. n sure to stock up a few bottle.. tis ting create amazing dishes nicer than u can eat in restaurants.. haha.. or may b i jus love it too much.. hahahahaa.. anyway.. this ting only selling in 南丫岛.. is really really special 土产

oh.. got ours jazz at ubi showroom (is tat place ubi? haha..) .. yet to know collecting at where wor.. the agent said will confirm with us the date/place on this sat afternoon.. only know we sure collecting no later than next tues..

my new ride on the way.. shld b collecting on next week.. is a red honda jazz 1.4A.. tis is the 1st time buying brand new car.. 1st time collecting new car frm authorised dealer.. any advise for me? any jazz owner here as well? the high humps.. i tink my 15-yr-o corolla always kana.. cos suspension has spoiled long ago le.. i totally understand how apple felt on this.. haha.. even saw my colleague's getz bodykit drop off cos of the stupidly SUPER HIGH hump in my company (tat height was cos got camera inside the hump.. was there to test out the prototype.. sigh..) my poor corolla every time either hv to roll back or bum onto the hump.. sigh.. lucky is only for testing during that 1 month's time..

happy, i've already paid 10% to my ID le.. the shortlisting period has long before over le.. hahaha.. the storage u mentioned.. did u mean the 1 at my foyer (just besides my kitchen entrance?).. that is my shoe cabinate.. i dunno how much exactly.. can't rem the details in my initial quotation le.. cindy, the total of my kitchen top is 13.5ft... cos still hv to include the corner space ma for our L-Shape layout.. s&s, haha.. ya 30/F shld hv more to see.. but for our estate.. the only 30/F is slightly "inwards".. n the view bound to be blocked a little bit by the older estate next to us.. my block is little nearer to the main road and therefore a little bit in front of the older estate.. but i haven't go up to the 30/F that block as yet.. so all is only assumption of my own.. may not necessarily the real case.. hehee.. but i tink the 30/F unit can have a real beautiful view over the sentosa island definitely! oh n we got there under SERS
