greycat.. wahahahaa.. 您没听说过冬天吃蛇羹能补身保暖吗?... tis morning raining so heavily.. cool cool weather best to eat something to "keep warm" .. applefreak.. tat shirt-master for a few hundred dollars? then i rather buy the novita steamer le.. $400 can iron everything! hahaa.. my fren is using the novita steamer at her mother's place.. she said is v good n easy to use.. best part is ironing her dinner dresses w/o stress.. fast n no sweat.. it doesn't scorch her hands easily too.. cos some commercial steamer so strong tat it is v hard to use.. but mus get the one with the metal plate 1.. which is the most expensive model.. almost $400.. cantona, vacuum cleaner.. which is good? my mother's colleague using the rainbow brand.. said v good.. the steamer (steamer again?! haha).. can clean the mattress.. any idea? but heard is SUPER expensive..

hi greycat! i did a search on google.. n laurastar website take soooooo long to load man! hahaha.. but when i see the pics.. i finally know it le.. yup yup.. saw it in Tangs.. but the prices r soooooooooooooooo super the novita steamer.. bf n i already feel 300+ coming to a 400 is very expensive for a iron.. now this laurastar is really sure a star loh.. the price is also star grade leh.. hahahaa.. if i tell my bf to get a iron for 1k cos then easier to iron his 100% cotton shirts... he sure me leh.. hahahaa.. but really leh.. his rauel shirts all so hard to iron..

applefreak.. the carnivals got quite a lot of "best buy" indeed.. my bf bought a iron at only $99 (origin $160+).. almost half price.. another best buy would be the 37" LCD TV w/ 2 HDMI inputs, free delivery & installation, 3 or 5 yrs warranty (i can't rem, all mixed up.. too many stuffs) at only $1399! bf n i were so tempted.. but no place for it yet.. nvm.. we wait for IT show at yr end.. greycat.. this cooker really can bake leh.. i ate a small piece of pandan cake n marble cake the sales ladies made with this cooker.. not bad de wor.. n looked s pretty s normal oven loh.. n on top of the baking capability.. can put in ingredients for a stew n set timer in the morning b4 go to work.. when after work come home the stew is ready to serve and jus scoop out clean clean a little then can cook rice liao.. a nice dinner for 2 is done w/in 1/2hr!! can also set express cooking, or cooking for small quantity or large quantity.. if power trip.. the timer will auto resume back when power comes back.. quite intelligent de leh..

seriously i don't know leh.. hahaa.. i jus leave enough money aside if in case out of job.. the pool of capital for the investment can last my hse installments for a 2yrs period! tats all i know.. how much it earning.. gotta call agent.. hahahaa.. see.. i'm not smart.. jus plain silly n trust my fren.. tats all.. hahahahaa... yest afternoon at the philips sales.. bought this rice cooker for $120 (original price $180).. hopefully i can learn how to bake a decent cake with it..

YEAY! got letter frm HDB last nite.. is loan apps form for us.. but due to some issues i gotta defer my submission of this loan apps.. hopefully can submit by end of this month.. if nothing goes wrong.. i'm expecting to collect keys in Nov (based on my fren's experience who's got his loan form in july n getting keys on next tues, a 2mth's time)

oooh! congrats to u! but ours are en-bloc... plus the new site is still under constuctions.. only 3 blocks completed (incl mine i supposed).. there are still remaining blocks with windows not installed yet.. so different from yours loh.. (btw, my fren got the same place as you, in fact their floorplan exactly the same as yours too! ).. and hor.. i called HDB and officier told me that without the signed form and supporting documents.. they cannot proceed and nothing can be done.. if the return mail frm my dad's side arrive late.. let say if I submit everything by month end.. which means most probably they will proceed with my application frm october.. n getting keys in Nov is just a reasonable timeframe to me la.. so if HDB can miraculously hyper fast.. then i'd get a surprise letter in Oct.. oh.. for our case we don't need the HLE.. n heard from my fellow neighbours (the same en-bloc bunch) we'd get to do everything on the day of key collection.. so now we submit the loan application.. HDB will do the credit assessments.. and on the day of key collection.. they will show us the approved loan amount, do the calculations, wipe out my CPF, give us the remaining cash frm my existing flat's compensation.. etc..

Yesterday night received a BIG envelop from HDB, FINALLY! read on..

yup.. initially i wanted to get bathtub for my new place too.. but my mom strongly disagree cos 1) waste water.. 2) my bro slipped n hurt his back (at his place) .. n after i give some tots abt it.. it is more tiring than relaxing cos after the supposedly relaxed session i gotta wash the tub n then wipe dry (cos dun wan water marks) by then i'll b majiam hvn't bath all sweaty n tired again..

hi happy! i confirmed my designer long ago.. hahahahaa.. now no need to hunt designer/contractor anymore.. rather i hv to haunt my designer better! i posted some time ago.. the designs he gave me.. u can scroll up la.. jus recent post.. but it is confirm NOT final design.. they r too "rough" for now.. is more like test-water to see wat i like n wat i dun like.. got the initial draft then easier to communicate..
