hi fire-ice! ur place jus next to the buangkok mrt rite? my fren got the same floorplan as urs.. so i supposed is the same estate.. jus went over last sat... the estate is SWEE loh!!.. the building n lobby spaces so nice n so well ventilated.. with underground carpark somemore... majiam condo places... so nice....

very ANGRY with singpost loh!!! did a check on the singpost website.. track registered article status.. wat i c.. it was arrived SG on 13Sep.. but since 14Sep till now.. it is still DELIVERY IN PROGRESS.. WTH?!?!?!?! even if nobody at home, should hv at least leave a notice to let us know the item has reached the post office, pls collect at xxx branch.. etc etc.. no loh.. every day return home but no note no letter nothing loh!! WTH?!?!?!?!??! waste my time leh!! i could have submit my application to HDB liao.. make me worry for nothing.. and it is still DELIVERY IN PROGRESS! progress to where liao?!?!?!?! WTH?!?!?!?!?!???? tmr will call up tiong bahru branch to find out wat's happening wat's taking them ages to deliver!

ya.. i hv called the officer regarding this loan application.. was allowed to submit the form b4 sept ends.. but now is like coming the last week of sept liao.. my dad's signed doc seems MIA.. wat worrying me is tat wat if really lost then i left 1 week to send over another copy for him to sign n send back n then submit to HDB.. *faint*.. hopefully by this few days i get the mailer la.. very anxious now.. jus now 2pm+ i called my dad, as well, asked him to go down to post office to check the mail status..

o ya lo.. i signed with a designer liao.. my fren also engaged the same person n shld b starting reno b4 me.. will monitor his performance v closely!!

er.. i tink they hv inspected quite extensively la.. till i saw my fren's unit.. window's handle got knocked n chipped off then can see tat they tried to mend it with something (which i dunno wat la) then spray paint on it.. n the patches is real obvious de loh.. i told my fren.. dun care n jus stick it as defect n submit.. see wat they say.. sigh.. lousy workmanship!

kitty, yes, me taking the rinnai inner burner stainless steel with 3 burners.. model is RB3Si.. but i tink greycat said now got new model.. i hvn't go shop check it out yet.. hee.. may change to the new model.. hahahaa..
