oh.. if not much movements on bed.. shldn't be any problem.. my current ikea beds also served me very well n sturdy for the past 5yrs.. only when times my insomnia relapse n keep tossing on bed i'd hear the yik yik yik sounds loh.. i tink is cos the base is wooden strips n not a one piece board.. tats y got the yik yik yik sound.. for my new place.. really need a sturdy one piece solid board no less than 9mm thickness to support the simmons mattress as adviced by the showroom saleslady..

i went GPlan ard Feb/Mar.. back then was entertained by this uncle.. impression was the place is more like contractor.. by package price.. or tell them exactly wat need to be done n they quote u.. nothing abt design was mentioned.. price on the low end.. in forum there're quite a number of praises too.. can do a search n read it.. but i didn't consider them cos i need design advises which tat uncle didn't seem to be able to provide.. so dropped them.. as far as i rem correctly.. 25A and 27B has already gotten keys.. now 27A is collecting keys.. mine on 16th morning.. show flats.. there are quite a lot already.. get into either 25A or 27B lifts.. the unit number all written on the cardboard.. or follow the touting uncle.. haha.. actually not that difficult to see the so-call showflats.. but 1 ting i observed the touting uncles.. they more interested in older couples (looks like dad/mum) or big group (big families) or richer couple (drive nice or new car).. bf n i ride motor or drive our 16yr-o log-kok car.. wear super log-kok w/ flip flops.. erm n didn't really look our age (like poly students niah).. seemed like no1 interested in selling us anything! hahahahahaa... so u know the trick.. depend if u want the touting uncles to "pester" u or not.. hahahaa..

SIA suprisingly is the CHEAPEST) airline to fly frm HK to SG.. best part is.. usually these kind of promo needs min 2 to fly or 4 to fly.. but at the total price of HK$1640 incl taxes.. the min. no. of passenger is only 1.. jus nice i can book for my dad to fly back!! hehehe.. even jetstar asia can't beat this price! haha!!

on mon i called the credit department, to check if they received my loan form yet, was glad to hear that it is already in process, at least a lil relief now.. last week received my bro's call, he has confirmed his wedding dinner on 5nov.. so will hv to fly back.. n my dad requested to see pics of our new place.. sigh.. hopefully i get keys in time to take pics n show them.. mm.. but no super cheap deal for airtix now.. cheapest i can find is $1086 for 3pax incl taxes, by jetstar.. still hoping for even cheaper deals.. hehehe.. that day i did a search on HK Yahoo.. for mahjong set.. found this cute nissin set.. hee.. hope i can find it during my hk trip next month

erm.. is jus common sense for us (i mean ppl in hk).. imagine with small rooms small windows... the heat n moisture trap inside.. esp during the spring is super duper humid.. even walls will hv water droplets form all over the place.. so having a proper / good ventilation fan is really useful loh.. we even need to have a dehumidifier during the spring... i guess no1 in sg would hv seen water droplets "oozing" out of ur well painted wall..

IMHO, the fan is to get rid of the moistures in the bathroom, esp if water heater is being used.. all those steam n hot air can be ventilated out n keeping the bathroom cooler, "dryer" n lower the possibilities of mould building up on the ceiling and grout lines.. n i rem MACE mentioned b4 the foul smell frm ur "cakes" can be ventilated out as well.. so the next person wanna use immediately will no need to suffer.. hehe..
