u go up or park at ground floor? i mean.. i know there are a few lots on the ground floor.. but not many.. i usually park there.. but sometimes no more available lots.. then i dunno if 2nd level n abv are open for parking yet.. dare not go up.. scare hv to reverse down-slope i'd faint.. hahahahahaa.. may b i jus tink too much.. haha..

ah.. ya.. n all the gov flats got security guards, number lock access at lift lobby, cctv in lifts, all come at FOC.. which NEVER will happen in sg loh.. but the rental (HK$1500/mth) paid everything liao loh.. nothing is really free la.. hahahahaa... i tink sg gov dun charge such a high rental for our HDB right? i mean if comparing the same floor area tat is our 1rm flat.. my bro's place was not rental thou.. he is paying mthly installment like 5-6k/mth.. for tat less than our 1rm floor area..

hahahaa.. my dad told him our new hse kitchen as big as his bedroom.. he already felt my dad very 夸张 oh btw.. my bro's mattress is slightly wider and higher than king size.. is custom made (by my dad) cos they wanna make full use of that little corner.. but they're not super rich.. those who can fit in a king size with space to walk around then is SUPER SUPER rich! hahaha..

jus back frm HK.. for those who interested to know or see how "BIG" is a norm hse in HK.. n i mean real NORMAL hse like our normal HDB living standard.. no condo no apartment kind.. is really the most 平民 standard.. see photos: !! my bro's home (dining area, kitchen entrance) my bro's home (tv area, bed & wardrobe) ok.. my bro's home.. 2 camera shots cover 90% le.. the rest is too small.. not enough distance to take picture.. tat is the bathroom, kitchen and behind the wardrobe.. hee.. now my home.. slightly bigger.. my home (living room) my home (kitchen) my home (bathroom) my home (bedroom) so now u shld know all the HK dramas showing the big big nice nice houses.. is really DRAMA.. hahaha.. or the drama only shows the rich i mean real RICH family.. hahaha..

aiyo.. applefreak.. wish u a speedy recovery! no matter hot or cold cough.. make sure u can "control" urself to drink loads of plain water of room temperature.. sometimes i feel even warm water may make my throat feel worst.. usual room temperature is the best to drink.. i used to drink 4L a day whenever don't feel well..

i'm doing a sliding door.. n it is a mirror on 1 side (facing living room).. the track n pelmet is outside the kitchen.. meaning on the foyer side.. when i close the kitchen door.. the main switch box can be seen loh.. initially was another idea.. to hv a thin feature wall cover all the way frm the main door to the HBS wall.. n a flip open "catch" at the main switch box.. but doing the feature wall means additional costs.. which i cannot afford liao.. sigh.. but the idea is nice la.. !!

hi gadgetgal, hehee.. both me n ID love shades of grey.. me not intend to get oven.. know nuts abt baking.. can only steam, stir fry, stew, boil.. etc.. for us.. the retractable is useful.. cos of our height.. shortie ma.. haha..

nemofc, me retaining the retracble ting too.. dun think it will hit the sink area.. as the backing is not that high.. as long as the backing keep below the level of our shoulder.. not a full height partition.. shld b ok..

ya correct loh.. 7days or before renov loh.. now is still b4 renov ah.. thou after the 7days period liao.. but i guess shld b still alright.. as i hv yet to start anything..

1 ting good abt living in town area.. always travelling in the opps direction of most traffic routes.. no ERP.. no jams.. (all the small savings frm the traffic go on to the house pricing thou)..
