sigh.. so scary.. yest after work i went down.. cos lance's guys came to replace the tile.. then s i walking to the lift lobby.. there was tis guy loitering there.. i dare not take the lift.. then i took my hp out to pretend calling my mom.. upon seeing he went off to somewhere outside the blk.. i quickly took the lift up n purposely press a few floors before reaching mine n 1 other floor abv mine.. sigh.. i tot moving to new place shld b more "ok" than my old place with all those "siao" ppl ard.. but now seems not true leh..

HK ppl way.. 可乐煲姜.. sliced gingers add to coke n boil it.. nice drink! try.. if not used to the ginger taste.. try the korean way.. go NTUC get the pomelo tea.. come in a jar like those jam for breakfast.. v easy to spot in those Jap/Korean prdt section in NTUC.. take 1 table spoon amt mix to 1 mug of warm water.. nice drink too! hope u get well soon!

for mine.. initially getting my own ID to do it.. so he actually applied and got approval for the MBR toilet.. but b4 the approval frm HDB.. he didn't quote me how much for it.. he said may not b able to do it for me mah.. but after the approval.. then came with his quotation.. it was blxxdy expensive to let them do loh.. they quoted $380(replacing the window, installing and connecting to light point) for only 1 window... then i went to source ard for cheaper quotes.. i managed to get $100 for replacing window and $40 for the electrical point.. that is more than 50% lesser! but anyway.. i already received the approved permit frm HDB in my letter box! haha! however, jasmine (the window contractor).. said no need permit actually.. since nothing is protruding out.. she asked me to keep the original 3 panes of glasses.. for in case.. i still can take down the fan n glass.. n put back the 3 panes.. so quite ok.. not much issue actually..

few days ago.. mama spotted 2 holes (looked like the drilled holes) on 1 of our homo tiles next to the shoe cabinet.. i told Lance n asked if there're any way to patch up the holes.. initially he said will ask for grey grouting to fill it up.. then 2 days later he called and said is better to change that whole piece of tile.. so he arranged guys to go up my place to replace it on yest nite.. i was very happy n satisfied with his initiative for changing that piece.. since nobody can b sure who's the culprit for the holes.. he could have jus denied and push blames to my curtain makers or the other contractors who did the toilet ventilation fan for me.. but he didn't do that to me.. so actually i was quite impressed by his good attitude.. on the other hand.. was quite worried for hacking away the damaged tile.. would cause cracks on the neighbouring ones.. or the new tile would not be level with the old ones.. or the new grouting could be very ugly n unsightly.. etc etc.. yest nite.. 2 guys finally came to my place.. 1 of them informed me, "小姐, 会有一点灰尘 leh".. then i quickly grab a piece of cloth & a plastic cover.. to cover up the sofa.. can't cover the whole sofa in time thou.. n shut all bedroom doors.. it was disastrous.. the whole place was so dxxmn dusty.. nvr expected it.. for jus 1 tile.. 那里是"一点灰尘"? 是很多很多点 loh! but luckily the outcome was nice..

ya loh.. totally agree! as long as u love it.. it is your very own personal theme.. which is unique to u as well.. theme is jus a term easier for u to get ur ideas across to any designer or contractor.. not really something v impt de la..

is LWT stands for Living With Taste? i tink i heard bad experience frm tis LWT too.. my fren's bf (who is a HK firm GM, station in sg) has ever engaged tis co to reno their office.. end up v problematic.. my fren warned me at the very begining stage of my ID hunting period.. she also warned me.. this LWT's boss has another ID shop with another name, called Platinum Design Pte Ltd.. she warn me to must must must rem tis 2 names n avoid them.. 1 in Queensway shopping center the other in 360 balestier shaw plaza

ya! i'm interested in the pet door too! better if it has a lock inside the room! cos night time, i can unlock the pet door n my gal can slip out to use the common toilet at the kitchen there.. but day time.. the lock also allows me to restrict her frm entering the bedroom.. hahahaha.. may b i'm asking for too much..

i din reno on my toilet.. so i find it ok.. not issue on the looks.. jus function that counts..
