Good Day Batman, Yes this product is NSF tested and certified. And our company carry a one year warranty for this product. As for the hot water unit, we install it at a area which it is not possible for any water spillage to occur. Unlike tabletop box unit which is more easily prone to water spillage then our's which is installed under the sink. For our filter, we uses carbon inline replaceable cartridges to reduce chlorine taste and odor. Most essential minerals and fluoride are retained. The service life of the filter is between 1 to 2 years depending on usage. Each filter cost is SGD55. And for customers that want better filtration we do have another filter that reduces lead, mercury, asbestos, parasitic cysts and VOCs for cleaner and healthier water which cost SGD100. Got mine and my brother home installed. It is install under the sink with a faucet of its own at the basin. It can dispense Hot&Cool water and it is filtrated.

Got mine and brother home Hot&Cool water dispenser installed from a friend of mine. It got a faucet of it's own at the basin. Space saving too cause the unit is installed under the basin in the cabinet. Been using it for a year and still going good.

Hi yhkoh. Saw your post so trying to share my experience. Currently my brother home at ponggol and mine at sengkang is using a system quite similiar but with a little slight difference. Ours is a Hot&Cool water dispenser with its own faucet at the basin. It can dispense hot water at a push of a lever. It is a little costly but in the long run it is very convient to use to. Best of all it is filtrated too.
