At the adjoining part of the L corner, seems like there's no support for the top shelve and also the hanging rods are like intersecting each other?? My wardrobe also L-shape. At the L corner, its a separate compartment shelves by itself..

Its fabric. The one I saw in Evov showroom is L-shape but i requested to be custom made to 3-seater and ottoman. I bought the sofa set and coffee table in a package price so I dunno the individual pricing.

My sofa, coffee table and dining table were delivered last week! Luckily, all are in good condition. Supposedly the curtain people were to come on the same day to install the curtains... but they screwed up! Called them and they say the schedule was arranged on the following day! Never mind about that.. so they came the next day and guess what.. they brought the wrong string curtain! Still dare to ask can accept or not! So they installed everything except the string curtain and only get paid half the amount. Sofa and coffee table Dining table

Hi Linda Oh no! I understand your disappointment and fustration after so much anticipation and waiting about the sofa! Now have to wait some more.. You are really sharp to notice the 0.1m diff from your 3-seater! Talking about that, I must go and measure my sofa length too.. My sofa was delivered last week too.. Everything seems alright though I was a little worried Evov will screw up cos their coordination between the staff was a bit off. As for the delivered sofa seeming different from the showroom piece, like what Predaking said, it has to be seasoned.. That was what the delivery people told me too. Has to be seasoned after that it will look nice cos my sofa looks a little raw too..

oh.. I get what u mean. But I guess the kitchen windows would be open when u r in the kitchen.. so you will still be looking at the view outside. Wait for your pictures then can better visualise. If u really cannot stand the black tint glass, then change it.. afterall you will be staying there for years... But think again, my colleague ever told me this that usually we are particular about every detail of our house cos its our first renovated house. After some time, we won't be so bothered anymore.. Well, both you and BrownMse have to make a decision..

From the photo, your window frame is white leh.. jus that the glass panes are black tinted. Still look nice lah.. My yard windows lock also got problem, cannot unlock. Its those latch for sliding windows made of plastic, the quality not that good one. Its more than 2 weeks already and the window contractor still haven change!

Hi Greycat, My windows are powder-coated white and the glass is tinted slightly green. Maybe your windows' tinted black to blend in with the colour of the rest of the windows?? Hope you have an enjoyable renovation!

Yup! Its all about SQUARE.. Haha.. we both like squares. Both sides are equal size. There's also versions like 1 side bigger than the other and also 1 big single bowl. Same same! Mine also will splash out water. Dunno is it becos my tap is too long or what, whenever i wash at the countertop level, water will splash out. !!

Gas was turned on last sat. Finally have hot water in the house. The gas heater is FOC from city gas. Had tried out the heater... apparently it takes a while before the water gets heated up. While testing the gas supply, realised that one of the hod burner could not create the spark to lit the fire. There's also some problem with the hood suction. Sigh! Gonna get it fixed this weekend. Haven test the oven yet.. hopefully there's no problem. Updates! After 4 weeks, the renovation work has completed with minor defects to follow up.. Took some photos at night.. Living room - Lighting in the photo looks a little daylight. Actual lighting is warmer Shoe Cabinet with kitchen sliding door in the background Dining are - bulbs of the dining lights fused MBR MBR Toilet Will post pics of the kitchen after the gas turn on next week...

I hope to get mine in early jul too.. Mine is black colour fabric and the coffeetable's black mirror finish. That's how my living room tv feature wall's black glass comes about. Your OM uno quite similar to mirage... also nice! What's the size? Out of shape cover??... haha... quite difficult to define this... you can check out the warranty thing on their webbie..

Hi enci, Think the mirage coffeetable cost more than the OM one. Cant remember how much cos I bought it in a package. I topup around $300++ on top the Living package of $2800 to change to the mirage coffeetable. It has got drawers on 2 sides. Not sure if the OM uno has drawers or not..

Not to worry too much. Evov claims they have QC. They will stretch the fabric to wrap the sofa structure so as to achieve a well defined shape. That's why the sofa fabric are the non-removable type. Somemore there's 2 years warranty right? I bought my demi 3 seater, ottoman and coffee table as a package. That time their offer for living package is $2.8K. I top up some $ to upgrade to a mirage coffee table so total is $3,250 incl gst. I love the coffee table. Only scared that it will take up too much space and leave little space between the tv feature wall and the coffee table to walk. Its 900 x 900mm. Square shape too! I din see the cube shape stools at evov leh.. is it nice? Can u remember how much $

Good idea! Will surely post the picture here. Wan to see Linda's Del sofa too!. Mine would will be ready for delivery in July... Oh the barang barang cube is in leather/pvc... Hope to find those in fabric cos sofa is in fabric. More matching in this way. Oh no.. there's mould at the edge!! That's the problem will leather/pvc. Hope the leather oil helps.
