Hi, I am confused over whether to hack or overlay the existing ceramic tiles (with homogeneous tiles for living room and bedrooms) of e 28 yrs old flat. My contractor advised that by choosing a smaller homogeneous tiles, overlay will not be an issue. An according to him, if i choose a smaller size homogeneous tiles (300x300mm), e overlay will last longer. Like to know anyone did overlay of homogenous tiles (600x600) over ceramic tiles for living room and bedrooms? Hows the result? Anyone has any advice whether to hack or overlay?
