U just have to really source for direct contractor. my reno consist of kitchen cabinet, window & window grilles, l-box, wiring for l-box, big mirror at dining & 2 bathroom mirror. Wow was surprised to see so many people asking for this contractor that i had used for my reno. Witty nice reno u got there. Am glad u r happy with the contractor. Any others had their house done up with Mr Mohamad. Maybe can share it here with others. Good luck guys.

My contractor quoted me $100 per foot run for my kitchen cabinet and $70 for my solid top. Seems like yours bit on the high side i guess

U might want to try the contractor tat had done up my place. Recommended to my friend for her 3 room flat at rivervale. Her total amount for the reno $7k. Can pm me if u interested.

Hi i've just ask the contractor tat had done up my place to do minor tiling work for my uncle place. Got a positive feedback bout worksmanship and the worker took good care to make the place neat and tidy. Pricing wise not too sure but guess should be cheaper than id/main con as the tilers are his own workers. Pm me if need the contact.

Ok here's the final review of this contractor. It can be said its such a pleasent and hassle free reno experience for me. All went accordingly to the schedule. He deliver what he promised. For once i do beleive there's cheap (pricing wise) & good thing in sg if u really look ard and of course depends on your luck. For those whom wish to try this contractor, can pm me. I feels its safe to recommend him to others. Gd luck .

really have to salute this contractor. He delivers all those things tat he promised me. Now only left with the solid top installation which he said will be this saturday. Now i can even move in to my new house early. 2 thumbs up for this contractor.

its been smooth journey for my reno up till now..window grille, mirror and l-box all done up. I must say this contractor quite effecient. kitchen cabinet will be installed by wednesday.
