sorry for late reply. dont think it be nice to share the ID company as they are not the one doing up my house. reno. to my knowledge, most ID firm provide space planning FOC at initial stage. some even provide 3D drawing. there are always event where people "ran" away with the idea and not paying anything. if you intend to do up the reno yourself, you can request to purchase the floor plan alone. the ID firm might chosse not to sell but most usually would cos otherwise you can just "ran" away with the idea and they ended up not making any $$ LOL enjoy your reno. sorry for late reply. mine is homogenous matte pure white. most white glossy homogenous tiles come with a tint of brownish or reddish, not really pure white.

sun is good. esp for drying clothes. unless you dun mind paying the $$$ to run the dryer everytime. dryer will generate heat = flat become hot too = use electricity too much will cause global warming = flat even hotter! how? i dunno leh if you guys are afraid of heat on air con 24/7 loh. will be cool everyday. some forumers here on air con everynight too. for my case i on the air con a few hours before bed and shut it down before going to sleep anyway, you can't have best of both world in life. gain some. lose some.

better go straight to HDB to recify the toilet bowl issue. otherwise, they will bring you to a "round the world in 365 days" tour. LOL they made it very clear that whatever inside the flat is under HDB and whatever outside the flat is under town council. so even when a ant died just outside your corridor and you need somene to bury it - call town council LOL

91 layout is totally different from 89 and 90.

think its the unit no number, weird layout as well as the block view.... think now home buyers not so concern bout where the sun set and rise. unless they are into feng shui. location and amentities is more important

i'm from 89, #346. its afternoon sun but not so bad lah. just like an hour or 2 of direct sunlight. #344 not so good cos there arent much of view.

of course need to scold... told me will take a month its just opposite block impossible cannot be done. its their job to get things solve and not their inefficency become my problem.

can transfer leh. mine was transfer over from my old block 52. start with 6472.... but when i transferred over that time they called to say that they cant do it immediately and need to wait a month. gave them a really hard time chasing and was fixed within a week !! tink they having some serious issue with the next work for telephone. maybe thats y now cannot transfer over liao.

its still there but market renovated liao. there is this famous tze char call "2 chefs" at 1 of the coffee shop there. was featured in makansutra food not bad.
