Stains on tiles: Stains cannot resolve already. Let it be. But I must ask Jason/Uncle how to maintain. Homo tiles seems really tough to maintain. Today my girl did coloring with Crayons. I nearly died. The Crayons sticks to the floor and when I clean it, it leave the colour on the tiles. GASP! help... help... anyone got this experience? use this thing called "magic sponge" white in colour can get cheap ones from daiso at 2 bucks per packet or get betters, long lasting quality from howard storage. works like magic is cleaning away stains and marks. kari, you might want to post under tanglin halt thread regarding the using of citygas heater with rain shower. i've heard from some of the guys the water heater from citygas is not very consistent. i'm currently using water storage heater with my bath tub and rain shower. so far no complain. i stayed in block 89 any issues can PM me

hi if the cabinets be covering up no point hack and relay. if the colour of the tiles bother you just paint them over before the cabinets installation. HTH

cement finishing definitely will crack over time and perhaps some chipping off a little. but this is also the beauty of cement finishing. its best to use cement finishing in area where its mostly dry. if in contact with too much water/moisture fungus will grow on the cement making it turn black. HTH
