hello. dunno man. this is what my contractor tell me. if he too slow will fire him liao. i hate all these contractor. take $$$ liao do things slow. hey guys an opinion here. before anyone sign on the line maybe can ensure and ask the contractor give you a work schedule. if they miss any of the date in the schedule deduct or fine them. cos its very hard to get them to recify any problem once we pay. this is how HDB ensure that the contractors and supplier finish the work on schedule. my friend did that and it was pretty effective. his contractor dun dare to play play

Hey if you do hacking and its with HDB permit, you dont have to put it back when you sell. cos its approved hacking.

correct me if i'm wrong. do false ceiling doesnt have to plaster cos its already smooth. plastering or walls, ceiling etc is only for those walls that is uneven. esp in older flats where its not precast building. hdb allows false ceiling as long the min height limit is maintain.

WIP i dunno if gt time to take cos daytime i working.... but will try ... my contractor say i siow to hack everything but the design i wan the current layout cannot be use... so need to hack loh. my reno will only be complete in 2.5 mths time. so pop by den guys
