hi guys been a long while. the police came and i file a report today cos my gate lock and handle was badly damaged by someone with bad intention. luckily nothing was stolen. this is the 2nd time liao. 1st time, my number luck was broken but didnt filed a police report. the police said there's already a few cases in our estate. apparently, my neighbour car parked at the MSCP was broken into as well and the shoes outside his flat was stolen please be careful and ensure that there is sufficent security for your door.

!! i just bot it yest to fix my place. the shortest track about 60cm is about $198. come with 3 adapter and per adapter is about 30 bucks... really clever idea but its really too ex to be targetted at mass market... think all the parts is still made in singapore. maybe this is why the cost is so high

hello i've PM you dude. the floor tiles if kena you can buy from the contractor downstairs to replace. due to structural issue, need to hack all and rebuild. same issue for my toilet as well. i hack away the outside wall and rebuild cos the current design really bad, cannot have a vanity cabinet. hacking definitely need PE endorse.

4room comes with white wash basin. 5 room comes with black. its small lah but its golden land neh.

just hack till the portion where the beam is lor. i did tat too. initially i wanted to have the glass all the way up. all the concealed wiring cannot be use after hacking so have to redirect the wires to where you want them to be.....

hi guys think block 91 also ready and all the fence are down. saw them tearing down the fence along main road also and the downstairs playground seems to be open also. i heard they just made the hacking rules stricter. my contractor told me just after my flat hacking was approve they change the rules. think whatever you hack, need to state clearing what you be doing to that area.

haha. sorri me wont be in tonight... my contractor told me 4 guys from town council and hdb came down to see my hacking. that's exclude the PE and contractors.

hi instead of wall mount the LCD tb. anyone tried to using a metal bar and suspense it down from ceiling? its like those hospital/coffeeshop idea but for LCD tv.
