you can get a carpenter to do a box up and use "tic tac" door to conceal the HSS. i did tat to conceal mine with mirror finishing. you can also finish with laminate, paint etc. hope this help

yeap. i using private gas cos due to design as well as seldom cook. think for govt gas need to pay a min sum a mth no matter use or not. if you wanna use private can call powergas to terminate and dismantle the gas pipes. so will not be seen

if you want to spary paint the door need to get it done before any expensive or fixture is up. cos they need to dismantle the whole door and cart it back to factory to do... perhaps someone can get it done on the spot but mine was otherwise.

its not illegal to paint the door. mine was sent to the carpenter to spray paint it cos its impossible to get even colour hand paint. they need to sand it smooth before spray paint it. btw, wooden main door and gate is under town council not hdb. impossible is everything to the contracors. everything that they never do before is NO. NO. they just wanna get money fast and do chop chop job. the only alternative against them is to hold and delay payment. i would say majority of the contractors are lidat. so must be very detailed in contract and monitor and !! everyday. !!

u can just ask the glass supplier to supply the glass n hinge. however, it will be glossy kind. or u can try to get it from the shop at jalan bersha, new world centre. located at the corner or the building. they have matte hindge about $65 per pair.
