Cement Screed Wall Experts Pls Help!

i had most part of my house with cement screeded wall. Really a no no if they are not done properly. Mine was coated with bonding chemical together with the cement plaster. Flakes and cracks open after some time. A proper way is to hack the wall surface so that the cement bites well into the rough surface. And if your redo meant only a coat of cement on it, they'd collapse after some time. -

Hi, anyone has done your window grilles non-slidable ones? My problem is that they are always half-blocking my view. i am exploring grilles that can at the same time able to be fully 'open' whenever i want it. So bi-fold can be an option, provided it's structurally permitted. Do we need to get license for customising grilles? thot of getting it customised if there are no contractor who does this. Any ideas, share here pls. thanks
