I really have to thank Alex and Jessie, both came to my house 1 nite to take down all the defects again since Orange said she has lost the defects list and also the photos (only she knows), she even took the project file away, she told Alex that she will return the project file but till now disappear. And I actually owe the Company balance of $500 plus only. Jessie really wrote down everything in her note book and within a week they have made all the necessary arrangements with the Contractors to rectify everything in just 2 days. During these 2 days, Jessie came down personally to monitor and she really make sure the contractors rectify everything...... Alex came down also to make sure everything goes smoothly. I really really have to praise Jessie compared with Orange, Orange is like **** and Jessie is like Heaven.... I can really see Jessie made sure the Contractors done up everything really I have no words to describe her... When Alex brought Jessie to my house 1 nite to go through the defects again I was thinking die liao lah, forum said she beri busy and only defects she want to take the job mieh.... Shock in my life ...... I have no words to describe Jessie I regretted never use her as my ID, I should have tried calling her but I didnt..... 1 day if I gg to renovate my house and someone gg to renovate their house, Jessie forever is my choice....

Any idea what is the name of the company? Can alert everyone....

FYI, Orange has left Inside Living since this year March 2013. She left without informing us and and do up the defects. I remembered during the renovation she told me 1 day:- Orange: Dun worry, even 1 day if I resigned from Inside Living, if you called me, I will still help you." Bull ****! My house renovated less than a year, I shifted in November 2012. When I called her this week to do up the balance defects, she told me: Orange: Huh, now then you called me, your house renovated 1 year already leh, now then you called me, got more defects leh!!!" Bloody ****, I told her: "What more than a year, I shifted in last year November 2012, it's less than a year, what do you mean more defects, it's the same defects which you are aware what!!" Orange: I dun know, now I resigned can't do anything, you call Alex lah.. I said "Why dun you call and arrange for me?" Orange: "I dun want, you call him, if he needs anything, he will call me... hor, if you need help call me ok, bye... This is so called after sales service, spent more than $80K now talk cork! Hate ID talking this way, such a young girl and only 2 years experience already talked like yaya papaya, few more years no horse run liao lah..

Hiaz.... no jokes, took 3 days and 2 nites with 3 hours sleep only without food but water to unpack 90 carton boxes and many many loose items. Finally settled down but still got contractors coming in and out to do minor things. 6 weeks to renovate an overhaul EM is impossible so ID needs to drag a little here and there. Really really got to thank my ID Orange Tan eventhough is a little bit expensive but she has helped me to make all the necessary arrangements. Had a talk with her yesterday while waiting for the contractor to fix my dressing table for my walk in wardrobe, realise that actually she has to handle so many different contractor to co-ordinate all the jobs, no joke. I can never never be an ID coz I cant co-ordinate so many things at a time. Its really really very tiring especially with 2 young kids, useless helper and hubby disappeared suddenly telling u that he doesnt like the carton boxes... Told him that this will be my last time of shifting, I swear I will stay here for the rest of my life till I die cos shifting has drained all my energy away. Pimples here and there, eyes bag, brusies and etc etc, no words would describe. Next Monday Singtel will come to install to Fiber Optic, then glass doors for my kitchen and touch up for painting then I can consider my house is fully done. Hubby will post the picture when everyting are ready..

House warming???? Hiaz.... after spending so much on renovation, looks like we gg to hv salad (grass from downstairs) for 3 meals

We have spent almost $150K all in thats including furnitures, lightnings and etc etc....

Ya my electrician not only horrible but terrible.. They are doing up the carpentry work from yesterday till tomorow.. Stressful now and couldnt sleep well, now is the most tedious time. Have to arrange delivery of lights, hob and hoob, oven and etc etc so everyday have to take half day leave coz moving next Wednesday, stress stress stress...

1 or 2 days b4 my renovation starts, I went to my right, left up and down neighbours to give them cakes and also informed that my renovation is gg to start, told them to bear with us for the time being.. My neighbours all beri beri nice, even the workers have to work on saturdays, whole day ok not half day, none of my neighbours complain leh. So sometimes must do some PR works..

If you have a lot of blood to vomit otherwise No No, I will not recommend him.. Anyway its not what magic lah, I told u b4 right, u juz tell your electrician that you do not wish to c the trunking for the ceiling, tell him to hide, he should know..

9 more days, finally I can start counting down...
