Well i have done it now...purchase a truck load of stuff from taobao...totally jumped the gun and bought homeware first...roll eyes....should be looking at stuff to help save on reno cost instead...but oh well...too pretty!! Silpat is essentially something to use in place of a baking sheet. Yes it will be non stick, but the crispy factor....it is better with foil. You can get it at ToTTs. that is at Bukit Timah
