I bought a system 3 LG air con in Rivervale Mall. After 9 months, the LG aircon started to "auto clean" and cannot power on. During the day it will turn ON by itself. I called ALL BEST and the technician told me that the indoor might need to be replaced so need to call LG for replacement. The experience that I don't like here with "ALL BEST Air Conditioning and Electric Services Pte Ltd" is they will give you 15 vouchers with $10 each, but the CATCH is you can ONLY use 1 voucher for each fan coil of aircon. So if they charged you $52, you can only use 1 voucher, and you need to pay $42. Another CATCH is, these vouchers will expire within 24 months of purchase. I do not agree with this kind policy since it is misleading to consumers. Pls share your experience with the services of ALL BEST Aircon.
