hi of cox not, the wires of the ac runs inside the trunking. if u have an power point you may ask the elecrtician to link up for u tts all. hope my advice does help, if you need any aircon services pls look for me. thanks

hi bro i run an aircon biz too, jus to share. reason there is few. 1. painting, best advice to paint the whole house then up the fan coil unit, in any case in future you may change a fan coil with diff size there maybe patches around the coil area. 2. cupboards / closet, the pipe needs to run first the fit in the custom made closet has been a tend due to smaller room size with new bto flats. dust prevention not so much, you can advice your contractors to wrap it up, but i go have experience that my customer complain y is the aircon full of saw dust and its a brand new set. i ended up doing a chemical service for the brand new aircon 1 wk after my client moved in. reason some contractor jus on the whole hse air con whn they are working. there are some of the reasons i encounter. hope these advice helps

hi i run an aircon co too. jus to share. indeed #3 can be sloved easily. As time goes by cu tends to gets old and vibrate. so to put rubber at the legs is to prevent noises from vibrating. #1 i believe urs is a new bto flat. for such flats fan coil have limited places to install. there are also many beams in the house. so fan coil usually only can be installed on top of the door. we have to slant the coil abit is due to the water leverage. i believe this unit u mention is the furest bedroom from the condenser unit. #2 copper pipe comes in 15m. we measure to cut. there shd not be any of a problem. we dun usually advice to connect pipe is afarid that the connection my have gas leakage problem in future. we usually measure to use up to 15m of the pipe.

hahaha...their marketing people sucks. they are so unwilling to give, thn dun give!! lol $52 to service 1unit is a mark up. simply too high. they dun hv the common sense to delight customer with the service. jus to share i am in aircon trade as well. when i do promotions, i offer 3units general service @ $70 nett. no other hidden charges. i hope my guys service will impress my customers and i can establish a long term client and get references. my normal charges for 3units is $90. as got vouchers i give out $20 vocuhers with min spending $90.00. my own terms are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used with other offers. thats all. is real an EAR OPENER to see such marketing exist in 2012.
