After two months of renovation, my house is finally completed. As promised by Jimmy, he has met the given timeline. The overall experience is generally good although there are some hiccup along the way. The Masonry and electrical work was done by Jimmy's brothers who is also 3D in-house contractors is ok but the carpentry work is average only. There are some minor touch up after my final payment and Jimmy is still following up for me. Overall, I think he is a person whom can be trusted.

How much does it cost for an estimated 4x3m wallpaper to glue this. Do you need to do survey for quotation ? Add a 3 mm MDF board over the laminate as best solution which provide flat good adhesion surface for long term substrate for your wall paper. Big or small job, we can help if not too busy. If you remove the laminate, there would be glue reside that is hard to remove.

Hi, I would like to install wallpaper over an existing false wall with laminate but the wallpaper installer told me is not possible to do so as wallpaper will not stick. I had google from the website and it seems like this is possible. Anyone did that before and can give me some advise? My renovation is near to completion but is facing this issue as the colour of the laminate does not match my house anymore. Thanks Toh

Hi, I have engage 3D for my renov and I have choose the 2 toilet & kitchen renov package. My ID told me as this is a promo package, they will not be laying wall tiles are the area where the kitchen cabinet be installed which is quite a big patch! He told me it is common for some ppl not to lay any wall tiles since kitchen cabinet will cover the area. I would like to know anyone engage 3D for the same package and what he say is true? Will there be any possible foreseen problem in doing that? Thanks tkcltoh

Hi, I have sign up with Jimmy from 3D and have take up the HDB-Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms @ $13,888 package + customised package. My renov started this week and Jimmy told me that he will not be laying any wall tiles for area where the kitchen cabinet going to be install. I would like to know whether anyone who took up the same HDB-Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms package experience the same thing? Is this normal that you do not require to lay the tile since kitchen cabinet will cover the tiles.... Thanks
