just some recent feedback for william (hp 91501952): my mother-in-law used william recently after moving into her new condo. she was very happy because he advised her on what work was NOT necessary (so need not do it and can save money) and what should be done. the pricing was not expensive. but he's very busy, so it was quite difficult to book him to come over for a quotation (we had to call him 3-4 times because of his popularity) - but he was quick to commence work once the quotation was accepted. for simple work he said he can give quotes over the phone, for more complicated work (running of wires for additional power sockets, etc, at multiple locations) he may have to come down to take a look - when he's free! quotation and visits are not charged. friendly man. job well done. we would use him again!
