One thing I have learnt, do not use LED strips lightings!! Halfway , and lights starts to flicker!! Freaked me out man! In the end I was told the transformer is very fragile & easily spoilt. I have changed all to LED T5, very good so far! hehe.. My major overhaul costs me 70K which includes everything, even aircons, heaters, all sanitary wares etc.. What's not included are just furnitures. Stairs glass I would suggest using lamiglass instead of tempered. Safer. Have a happy & smooth reno!

His designs are not bad la.. but then.. too slow.. Moreover, he forgot quite a few small things which are actually very important to me.. Otherwise, his designs are still good. But his speed not my expectations ba.. Final works will end on 10 Jan, most prob I will upload by Friday night..

Hi All! Yes, I have completed 90% of the renovations.. I have added somemore new things, that explains the remaining 10%. I have changed my ID halfway, so I am no longer using my previous ID. Reason simple, I prefer someone who is fast & good. Therefore, another ID from the same firm has taken over my reno project. I will upload pictures within this week.. let me "kio kio" my things swee swee first then take pictures.. I love the results.. till I don't even wanna go out shopping liao.. Stay tuned!

Hi All! I'm back into action! Been so busy with work work work! Clearing work so next week can have looooong loooong leave till next year! Going to shift in soon, so gotta be prepared with all the cleaning weapons!!! Haha.. A sneak preview of my staircase area, discussed this idea for quite sometime, decided not to use wood, but to make it look like "engraved out from the wall". Lightings are not up yet for the cross.

Hi HappyAng.. That picture was only 70% accurate. Beams cannot be hacked at all..wait kena fine..hehe! So my beam will still be there..However ID say leave it to him as he will manage that ugly fat beam.. Haha! As for the pillars, we will leave it there to flush it in with built in display cabinet, as for the other corner, will be throwing beanbags to slack.. Currently, because I am a very Kan Jiong spider.. Kept pushing my ID until he very stress & losing weight... He asked me don't go up everyday liaoz.. Haha..! He proposed next visit for me to go up will be 1st Dec.. So I will upload more progress then..

Stairs railings have been cut. They will be extended soon & layed with timber wood. Seamless glass will be up in 3 weeks time. Requested for 1 whole piece of glass, instead of 2 pieces joint together. Kids Toilet (toilet bowl part) Kids Toilet - Mosiac (shower screen part, shower screen not yet up) Pipes will be concealed next week. Master Toilet Pipes will be concealed next week.

Dear All.. After a week of reno.. This is my Foyer.. Platform is not up yet, Platform will be the last part to prevent it from scratches. This is still my Foyer. Window overlooking kitchen & living. Entrance from the Foyer. Platform will be up to the entrance area.
