Ya quite high.,.. especially if u add in GST. But I like the ID serving me... supposed to be their top man with many > 15 yrs experience.... he is very detailed and experienced.

Another question I have. I am now in my final stage of evaluating the ID to hire... Do you get them to sketch or draw some design of the stuffs you want before you sign? Or do you only see the actual design after you sign? I find it hard to decide base on price quotes alone. Surely the ability to design something nice must come into consideration too... and I dun see anythg on that so far from the few IDs I have met. Just some of their previous portfolio of works. I worry that after I sign, their design sucks and I can't do anythg abt it (coz I dunno **** about designing cabinets or toilets) Any advise?

I like the homogeneous tiles that has marble design... nice lei...

The IDs could open a few companies to avoid the GST charges. I am sure some of them do that... but surely IRAS will come down hard on them if found out.

Anyone considered the homo tiles that looks like marble? I like the white homo tiles with blackish streaks that looks almost like marbles. So if I do that I get marble look tiles w/o the maintenance chores of marbles.

But I think more expensive, claim to be tiles from Europe.

I just bought a resale HDB. Any idea if this 5 years restriction applies to commercial props? ie. Can I buy commercial properties within these 5 years?

My seller asked for 2 weeks after the 2nd appointment (completion) with HDB.
